Returns period

You have 30 days to return an item.

Returns procedure

You can return your item by sending us an email with the following information:

• Order number
• Email address
• Reason for return

You can then return the item to: Merchandise Emma Kok, Kapelweg 7, 6466 AT Kerkrade, The Netherlands.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, you will receive an email confirmation. We can then provide you with a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.

Refund not yet received?

If your refund has not yet been received, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Have you done this and still not received a refund? Please contact us at merchandise@emmakok.nl.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for returning are at your expense and are non-refundable.
